While Plant Heads, Tool Room Managers, Production Managers, and Process Engineers establish macro production schedules, tool maintenance plans, and cycle time targets, your primary mission is to safely, accurately, and efficiently perform mold changeovers, clamp tooling onto injection moulding machines,



execute hydraulic/pneumatic/water utility connections, and assist with initial shot setups Key Skills/: Injection Moulding Tool Setting & SMED Mastery/: In/-depth practical knowledge of clamping pressures, tool alignment strategies, mould mounting processes, SMED setup optimisation, and horizontal/vertical injection moulding machine operation. Auxiliary Systems & Utility Hookups/: Thorough understanding of hot runner wiring, core/-pull hydraulic sequences, MTC setup, chiller line balancing, mould cooling circuits and pneumatic system connections.
