• AccountableforestablishingandimplementationofHSEManagementSysteminownProcess.
• OverallresponsibleforconformingtoHSEManagementSystemDocumentation,

ImplementationandcompliancewithapplicableLegal&otherrequirements;

• Assistance in AIA, identification of interested parties and their requirements, HIRA,DevelopPlant/SectionlevelEHSobjectives,targetsandprogrammers,OCP’s/Formats.
• Overall responsible for Awareness on HSE Management System to the employeesincluding relevant Aspects & Impacts, Hazards & Risks, Work Instructions, usage ofPersonalProtective Equipment’s.
• Timelyimplementationof ImprovementManagementProgrammers
• UndertakeCorrections,RootCauseAnalysisandCorrectiveActionsagainstidentifiednon-conformitiesand verifying the effectiveness.




• Responsibleforimplementingcalibrationofmeasuringandmonitoringdevicesthroughcoordinationwith concernedsection /personnel
• Responsible forproperstorage and safehandlingofitems
• PreventionofEmergencyandadequatemitigationmeasuresincaseofaccidentandemergency
• Properhousekeeping
• Naturalresourceconservation,preventionofincidentsandadoptionofsafeworkpractices
• Onthejobtrainingforemployeesandalsoforthecontractor(personnel)
• OverallresponsibleforensuringcommunicationofEnvironmentalandHealth&SafetyPolicies;
• DemonstratecommitmentforHSEtothesubordinates
