Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end hiring while also supporting employee-related HR activities and maintaining smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessments.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Handle salary discussions and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely closure of positions.

HR Operations





• Manage daily attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee documentation and HR records.
• Assist with payroll inputs, attendance validation, and leave-related data.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, attendance, leave, and other HR matters.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR trackers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
• Coordinate with employees and management for day-to-day HR requirements.
• Support general HR administration as required.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Basic understanding of HR operations, attendance, leave, onboarding, and employee documentation.
