Overview/ job purpose/ about the company:

To lead the overall HR strategy and people function across multiple manufacturing locations with approximately 3,000 employees. The CHRO will partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives.

· Lead manpower planning, organizational structure and workforce optimization.

· Drive talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development.

· Manage performance management, compensation and employee engagement initiatives.

· Lead Industrial Relations and employee relations across manufacturing plants.





· Ensure labour-law compliance, POSH and HR governance.

· Drive HRMS, automation, HR analytics and digital HR initiatives.

· Partner with CEO, MD and senior leadership on critical people matters.

Additional Information:

· Experience managing HR across multiple manufacturing locations is preferred.

· Experience handling a workforce of approximately 3,000 employees.

· Robust exposure to plant HR, corporate HR and senior leadership.

· Experience in Nets, Ropes, Cordage or related manufacturing industry will be an advant
