Overview

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

This position will be responsible for Overseeing the Manufacturing operations for Herbalife Products by ensuring smooth operations at the incumbent Contract Manufacturer. The primarily responsibility will be to Coordinate with contract manufacturing partner for smooth execution of plan. The position reports into Sr. Director Manufacturing. The position is responsible for ensuring compliance (cGMP, GSP,GDP etc) and sustainability of various checks and controls, CAPA implementation. This position will be responsible for overseeing ongoing Projects related to Quality Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Capacity expansion etc. and guiding the CM staff on Herbalife Manufacturing standards. The position will be responsible to manage, facilitate and review the investigations to ensure actual root cause and effectiveness of CAPA implemented. This position will provide routine status updates to his manager.

Roles & Responsibility

• Ensure Herbalife Manufacturing practices are followed.
• GMP, GSP, GDP compliances at CM sites.
• Ensure Process reconciliation, meeting Line Performance Targets, Tracking and delivering Manufacturing KPIs
• Developing the reporting team capability by imparting training and evaluating the performance.
• Monitoring of shop floor activities. ⎯ GMP rounds of shop floor, warehouses, and service areas. ⎯ Review of Manufacturing and packaging activities and to ensure Herbalife requirements have been fulfilled during manufacturing and packaging activities. ⎯ Verification of in-process parameters of powder manufacturing & packaging, Granulation, Compression, coating, Capsule filling, Counter filling (Tablet & Capsule), stick packing. ⎯ To support CMs with troubleshootin
