- *Handle travel requests for Pan India locations*
- *Flight Booking*
- *Train Booking*
- *Cab Booking*
- *Bus Booking*
- *Process and enter invoices with proper approval / authorized signature*
- *GRN Entry for each invoice in SAP*
- *Prepare and maintain daily MIS related to Travel Desk*
- *Coordinate closely with Sales Team and other departments*
- *Experience Required:*
- *Experience in Travel Desk Company or Corporate Office (Travel Desk Department)*
- *Strong coordination and communication skills*
- *Knowledge of SAP (GRN Entry) preferred*
