Nexa Core HR Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Corporate Business Development team and looking for a confident, target-driven and client-focused qualified to acquire new corporate clients and build long-term business relationships for our HR Consulting & Recruitment services.

ROLE OF OPPORTUNITIES :

Position: Business Development Executive – Corporate Sales
Work Mode: Full-Time | Corporate Client-Facing
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
Experience: Freshers & Experienced
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Generate and develop new corporate business opportunities.
Connect with HR Heads, HR Managers, Business Owners and decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings and pitch recruitment & HR solutions.
Acquire new clients and convert prospects into business tie-ups.
Build and maintain long-term corporate relationships.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements.
Achieve assigned monthly business development targets.





WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Confident and professional client-facing personality
Proficiency in English, Hindi & Bengali
Good presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills
Comfortable with corporate meetings and client visits
Self-motivated, target-oriented and result-driven
Graduate preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in B2B Sales are welcome
Experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development / Field Sales will be an advantage
