Meet the Team

You will be part of the India Entry-Level Talent Recruiting (ETR) team at Cisco. In your role you will work with ETR team, Join& Connect (Talent Acquisition team), P (Human Resources team) and business leaders.

Your Impact

You will drive strategic talent sourcing and pipelining initiatives in partnership with ETR Leads, Recruiters, hiring leaders, and cross-functional teams, translating evolving business needs and emerging talent demands into actionable recruitment strategies. You will develop and execute scalable, cost-effective sourcing and channel strategies, identify and cultivate new talent channels,



and design high-impact external engagement programs to attract rising and transformative talent.

Key Responsibilites:
- Ensure exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle while adhering to compliance protocols and maintain integrity of recruitment processes.
- Deepen knowledge of Cisco’s recruiting policies, processes, and employee value proposition and upholding strict confidentiality in handling candidate and organizational data.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance operational efficiency and process excellence.
- Design and implement high-impact programs to engage and attract external emerging talent.
- Coach junior members on team, have the ability to influence in a matrixed setting.
- Help implementing external engagement programs and evaluate return on investment on channel partnerships.
- Provide regular insights on market trends
