Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for acquiring and converting SMB customers across UAE You will work directly with business owners to understand their needs and recommend the right Zounder solutions, including:
- Business incorporation and formation
- Federal and state business tax filing
- Accounting and bookkeeping
- Payroll services
- Annual and ongoing business compliance
- Other business and financial services

This is a high-ownership, consultative B2B sales role.




You will be expected to manage the sales cycle from lead qualification through closing and work closely with our operations and professional services teams to ensure a strong customer experience. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business from SMB customers across UAE
- Follow up with inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting
- Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Understand customer requirements and identify the appropriate Zounder services
- Conduct sales consultations and product/service presentations
- Build relationships with SMB owners and become a trusted business services advisor
- Manage prospects through the complete sales cycle
- Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and customer information in the CRM
- Identify upselli
