Job Description :

We are hiring experienced US Collections Executives / Debt Collection Agents for our Contact Center process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls for US Credit Card Collections.

Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and dues.

Follow up with customers for debt repayment and payment commitments.

Negotiate and assist customers with payment arrangements.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

Ensure professional and effective communication with customers.

Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.





Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months of experience in US Credit Card Collections is mandatory.

Excellent English communication skills are required.

Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Up to 40,000 per month (In-hand)

Transport Allowance: 5,000

Attendance Allowance: 3,000 (as per company policy)

Cab Facility: Available

Meal: 1 Time Meal Provided
