Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented State Head Sales (Fly Ash) to lead and drive Fly Ash sales across Telangana / karnataka .

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Fly Ash sales and marketing, with a strong network and database of customers in the Cement, RMC, Bricks/Blocks, and Road Construction sectors.

The candidate must be from Telangana / karnataka and should have strong communication skills in English and Telugu / Kannada.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the overall Fly Ash sales business across Telangana / karnataka .
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase Fly Ash sales and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in:
- Cement Plants
- Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Companies
- Brick and Block Manufacturers
- Road and Highway Contractors
- Infrastructure and Construction Companies
- Identify current customers and business opportunities for Fly Ash utilization.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets.




- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and long-term supply agreements with customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
- Work closely with Fly Ash sourcing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely supply.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and demand across Telangana / karnataka .
- Develop and manage a strong sales team and drive performance across the state.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, MIS, market intelligence, and business updates to senior management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 15+ years of experience, with significant experience in Fly Ash sales.
- Proven track record of selling Fly Ash to Cement, RMC, Brick/Block manufacturers, and Road Construction companies.
