Do you love teaching science — and wish students could experience science instead of just memorizing it?
We’re building SciLab
, an interactive science learning platform for Classes 6–10, with simulations that let students explore concepts by doing and experimenting.
Now we’re looking for a
Science Educator & YouTube Content Creator
to help us bring that experience to students through engaging YouTube videos.
? What you’ll do
- Create engaging science lessons and experiments for
Classes 6–10
- Use SciLab simulations to explain concepts visually and interactively
- Present videos on camera as the face of our science channel
- Turn textbook concepts into interesting questions, experiments and discoveries
- Develop scripts and lesson ideas around Physics, Chemistry and general Science
- Record long-form YouTube videos and short-form content
- Work with AI-assisted tools for editing, captions, thumbnails and content creation
- Help us identify new simulations and content that students would find useful
? Our teaching philosophy
We don't want students to simply
watch
an experiment.
We want them to:
Predict → Experiment → Observe → Think → Discover
For example, instead of simply explaining Rutherford's experiment, we'd ask:
*"What do you think will happen if we fire alpha particles at a thin sheet of gold?"*
Then let students explore the experiment using SciLab.
? Who we're looking for
You could be a great fit if you:
- Have a strong background in
school-level Science
- Have experience teaching CBSE/NCERT Classes 6–10
- Can explain difficult concepts in simple, engaging language
- Are comfortable speaking in front of a camera
- Enjoy experimenting with YouTube and digital content
- Have good Physics/Chemistry fundamentals
- Are curious about technology and AI
- Can think from a student's perspective
