This is a remote position.

Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 3 Years Experience as a Back-End Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing scalable server-side applications, robust APIs, and advanced database architecture.

Payment Structure: Full-time salary – The Back-End Developer will be compensated with a competitive fixed salary aligned with industry standards and experience level for work completed on both FyerX's internal technology infrastructure and external client platforms.

Advantage: Prior experience working with tech firms, marketing agencies, or enterprise platform integrations (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and managing distributed backend systems.

Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable server-side logic and database structures for FyerX's internal operations and diverse client tech transformations.




- Design and implement high-performance RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to ensure seamless, secure communication between front-end interfaces and external third-party services.
- Manage, data-model, and optimize both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) for maximum throughput, low latency, and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and project managers to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, refine workflows, and align backend architecture with commercial goals.
- Implement strict security protocols, oversee data protection measures, manage CI/CD deployment pipelines, and conduct regular performance tuning to guarantee application stability.
