Key Roles & Responsibilities – Senior Technician | Jawa 2-Wheeler

1. Vehicle Diagnosis & Repair
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues.
- Identify the root cause of vehicle complaints and perform proper rectification.
- Handle complex and difficult repair jobs.

2. Service Quality
- Ensure all repairs are completed as per Jawa technical standards.
- Perform quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Minimize repeat repairs and ensure first-time-right service.

3. Technical Team Support
- Guide and support junior technicians in repair and diagnostic activities.
- Assist technicians in troubleshooting difficult technical issues.
- Share technical knowledge and best practices with the team.

4. Diagnostic & Special Tools
- Use diagnostic equipment and special tools correctly.
- Perform electrical and electronic system diagnosis.
- Follow manufacturer-recommended repair procedures.

5. Job & Workshop Coordination




- Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding vehicle complaints and repair status.
- Complete assigned jobs within the committed turnaround time.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, safety, and tool discipline.

6. Technical Reporting & Compliance
- Record repair details, replaced parts, and technical findings accurately.
- Follow Jawa service, warranty, and safety procedures.
- Support the Service Manager in resolving technical and customer-related issues.
