Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Program Manager to lead and strengthen Youngistaan Foundation’s programs focused on children, adolescents, and youth in urban slums and communities of Hyderabad.

The role will involve overseeing the planning and implementation of programs, developing modules and learning resources,



managing teams and volunteers, strengthening partnerships, monitoring program outcomes, and ensuring effective delivery across the organization’s children, adolescent, and youth portfolio.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, sound judgment, effective execution, and a genuine commitment to working respectfully with children, young people, and communities.

Key Responsibilities

Program Design & Implementation

* Design, plan, implement, and strengthen programs for children, adolescents, and youth in urban communities

.* Lead program planning, timelines, deliverables, resource requirements, and implementation strategies

.* Develop education, life-skills, social-emotional learning, leadership, and youth development modules, toolkits, and structured session content

.* Ensure programs are age-appropriate, participatory, inclusive, and responsive to community needs
