Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Real Estate Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting the sales team, driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve team sales targets.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and revenue.




- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities through networking, referrals, lead generation, and market outreach.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, property values, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for the sales team.
- Present and promote real estate projects to potential buyers and investors through property tours, meetings, open houses, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing suitable real estate solutions.
- Handle client negotiations and support the team in successfully closing sales deals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and other relevant documents.
- Monitor and review the team's sales activities, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
