This is a remote position.
Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 3 Years Experience as a Java Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing scalable enterprise applications, microservices architecture, and robust backend system integrations.
Payment Structure: Full time salary – The Java Developer will be compensated with a competitive fixed salary aligned with industry standards and experience level for work completed on both FyerX's internal technology infrastructure and external client platforms.
Work Arrangement: Remote

Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and maintain secure, highly scalable Java-based applications and microservices to support the automated engines and internal operations at FyerX.
- Design and implement high-performance RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between front-end interfaces, AI-driven backend infrastructure, and external third-party enterprise services.
- Manage, data-model, and optimize both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB) for maximum throughput, low latency, and system reliability.
- Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, DevOps specialists, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, refine workflows, and align complex backend logic with commercial goals.
- Implement strict software security protocols, oversee CI/CD deployment pipelines, write comprehensive unit tests (JUnit/Mockito), and conduct regular performance tuning to guarantee application stability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Java development experience with a proven track record of building, testing, and deploying secure, high-volume server-side systems.
