Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Professional Freelancer role designed for individuals who support clients with financial and business-related tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with documentation for mutual funds, loans, and insurance, helping clients understand GST requirements, and using digital tools such as the Live GST Tax Invoice Studio to prepare and manage invoices. The freelancer will communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms,



provide clear and accurate information, and escalate complex cases to senior consultants as needed. The role also involves maintaining organized records, meeting agreed timelines, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications
