Position: Sales ManagerKey Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and update management regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in sales or sales management is preferred.




- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Good knowledge of customer handling and business development.
- Candidates familiar with the Andhra Pradesh market will be preferred.
