We are looking for *young, ambitious and sales-driven individuals* to join our *Inside Sales / Business Development team* in Gurgaon.

*Freshers – 6 months experience*
*Management Trainee – Inside Sales*
*Stipend: ₹20,000/month during the 6-month trainee period*
*Post successful completion: CTC up to ₹4.5 LPA*
What will you actually do?
You will work closely with our *Sales Head and Reporting Manager* and learn how B2B sales works from the ground up.
Your day-to-day role will include:
- Learn *Publisher Hunting & Prospecting techniques* from your Reporting Manager
- Identify *App & Web Owners across India and global markets*
- Reach out to potential partners through calls, emails and other channels Understand their requirements and explore possible collaborations Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Work with the Sales Head to *schedule and facilitate meetings*Support the team through *conversion and closure*Coordinate for *onboarding and revenue monetisation
- *Own the journey from *Lead Generation → Meeting → Conversion → Onboarding → Revenue*### What should you be good at?
