Job Title: - Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, sharing project information, generating interest, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, property type, and investment preferences.
- Explain property projects, configurations, amenities, pricing, and offers to prospective buyers.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp as required.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with customers.
- Provide regular updates and reports regarding calls, leads, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Stay updated about available projects, inventory, pricing, and current offers.

Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and skilled telephone communication.
- Basic knowledge of real estate/property sales is preferred.
- Experience in telecalling, pre-sales, customer handling, or real estate will be an advantage.
- Ability to convince, negotiate, and handle customer queries effectively.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Experience

0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Pre-Sales, Real Estate, BPO, Sales, or Customer Relationship roles.
