Role Description




The Event Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new event sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and presenting event solutions that meet client objectives and budgets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and contracts, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery. The specialist will collaborate with event management and planning teams to shape offerings, track sales performance, and provide regular updates and reports to leadership. The role also involves handling client queries, ensuring high standards of customer service, and representing Echoedge Media at events, industry forums, and networking activities.
