JOB DESCRIPTION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

Focus: Sales & Marketing of Digital Products (SaaS, E-books, Courses, Templates)

1. Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Business Development Intern to join our fully remote sales team. This role is tailor-made for freshers who are passionate about technology, digital products, and building a career in modern sales. As an intern, you will focus on promoting, pitching, and selling our diverse portfolio of digital products (including software tools, digital templates, and premium online resources) to target B2B or B2C audiences. No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training on product knowledge and digital outreach strategies will be provided.

2. Key Responsibilities

· Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and research potential customers through social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter"X", Facebook), online communities, and digital forums.





· Product Pitching: Conduct online outreach via direct messaging, email campaigns, and discovery calls to demonstrate the value of our digital products.

· Inbound Query Management: Respond promptly to digital inquiries, clarify product features, handle objections, and guide prospective users through the purchase funnel.

· Pipeline Tracking: Maintain a neat daily log of outreach metrics, active prospects, and closed sales using standard spreadsheets or CRM tools.

· Feedback Loop: Gather insights from prospective buyers regarding product pricing or feature requests to share with the product development team.

3. Requirements & Qualifications

· Education: Open to fresh graduates, final-year college students, or anyone with a high willingness to learn digital sales.

· Communication: Robust written communication skills are essential for handling online chat, emails, and social media DMs professionally
