Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who can handle VMC/CNC/Sliding Head Programming and Mechanical Design independently. The ideal candidate should be proficient in VMC machine programming, operation, and also have strong expertise in 3D modelling and product design.

Key Responsibilities:

A) Programming:
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC/VMC/ Sliding Head programs using G-code, M-code & CAM software (Mastercam / Fusion 360 / Power Mill)
- Independently set up VMC machines, select tools, set cutting parameters and do trial runs.
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings.




- Inspect finished components using precision instruments like Vernier, Micrometre, Bore Gauge.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle time and accuracy.
- 2D,3D Programming

B) Designing & 3D Modelling:
- Design orthopaedic implants, instruments, jigs & fixtures using SolidWorks, AutoCAD & Siemens NX
- Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and assembly drawings as per requirements.
- Modify existing designs and develop new products.
- Collaborate with production and QC team to ensure design feasibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in VMC Programming and Operation.
- Robust knowledge of SolidWorks (3D Modeling is Must), AutoCAD, and NX.
- Expertise in Mastercam, Fusion 360 or any CAM software.
- Excellent knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
