Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise day-to-day dark store operations across inbound, inventory, picking, dispatch and outbound.
• Drive fulfilment SLAs across 30-minute, 120-minute and same-day deliveries.
• Track and improve fulfilment TAT, picking accuracy, dispatch timelines and store productivity.
• Support manpower planning, shift management and workforce productivity.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, audits and reconciliation.
