Key Responsibilities
Depending on your level of experience, opportunities within the team may include:
• Managing or supporting a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Providing high-quality support to fee earners and clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Liaising with clients, lenders, brokers, estate agents, solicitors and other third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation and correspondence.
