Business Development Intern (Sales)
to join our dynamic team

We deliver high-impact workshops led by industry experts across Law, Finance, Data Protection, Governance, and Leadership. As an intern with us, you will get hands-on exposure to B2B enterprise sales, client coordination, and revenue strategy.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Market Research:
Identify and map potential corporate clients across diverse industries.
- Prospecting:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of decision-makers (HR, Legal, Compliance, and L&D; Heads).
- Outreach:
Conduct cold calling, email campaigns,



and LinkedIn prospecting to generate leads.
- Pitch & Close:
Follow up with warm leads, pitch ET Masterclass workshops, and assist in closing individual and group nominations.
- Client Coordination:
Manage prospect communications regarding event details, fees, and seamless registration.
- Pipeline Management:
Maintain CRM updates, track lead statuses, and assist in reporting weekly performance metrics.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (BBA, BCom, MBA, Marketing, Law, etc.).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the confidence to speak over calls and handle objections.
- A basic understanding of the B2B sales process and good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.

Prior internship experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory
