Hiring Manager – Order Fulfilment
Qualification: MBA/PGDBM preferably in International business
JD
Ensure customer orders are fulfilledin a timely, exact manner and properly recorded
Plan the fulfilment from order receipt to delivery
Overseas the order entry, administration and shipping process
Implement scalable business processand customer servicestandards and delivery efficient order processing.
Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals
Preventing Inventory Shrinkage, accidents, and Operational hazards
Reporting weekly on multiple fulfillment and performance

Experience:
Min 4 years experience in similar role in e-commerce or B2C industry

A Strong Intrapreneur with proven track record of analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills
