Good understanding of Digital Signal Processing(DSP).
Robust knowledge of LTE and 5G NR Physical Layer(PHY) architecture and procedure
Experience Working in Linux development environment.

For L2 Development
Strong Programming skills in C/C++
Solid understanding of MAC, RLC and PDCP protocols in LTE and 5G NR.
Experience with MAC scheduling, resource allocation and protocol optimization
Experience Working in Linux development environment.
