Your Role

As a Specialist at StayVista, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day ground operations, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, and maintaining accurate,



up-to-date data at all times.

About You

• Manage MIS trackers, publish reports, and proactively identify & flag gaps
• Oversee Butler operations by tracking tasks, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving team performance
• Handle administrative operations including recharges, POs, procurement, and vendor coordination
• Monitor villa safety compliance, follow up on issues, and ensure timely closure of gaps
• Drive execution through consistent follow-ups with squads, SEMs, and vendors
• Support payroll processes from attendance tracking to salary file coordination
• Track expenses, manage approvals, and ensure timely closure.
• Robust proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• High ownership with strong follow-through on tasks
• Comfortable managing daily operations, coordination, and follow-ups
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations / MIS / Ad
