Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced
QA / SQA Lead
to lead quality assurance, testing, validation, and test-management activities for a large-scale SAP implementation running alongside a
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1)
implementation.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAP functional knowledge across
Order-to-Cash (OTC), Distribution, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance
, combined with hands-on expertise in
test strategy, test planning, integration testing, UAT coordination, requirements traceability, validation, SQA processes, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
.

The candidate should have a
good understanding of Agile methodologies




and practical experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments, including participation in
Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
.

While SAP will be the primary ERP platform for this role, candidates should also have
exposure to or an understanding of other ERP platforms such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1)
.

The SAP QA/SQA Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, IT Business Analysts, developers, project managers, Scrum teams, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, participate in design workshops, define testing scope, develop and execute test cases, coordinate UAT, and ensure compliance with established
SDLC, PMF, SQA, CSV/GxP, and validation processes
.

The role requires excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills and the ability to lead testing activities
