Job Position- Business Development Executive

Location: Sector-3, Noida. / Hybrid

Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years of prior experience in Sales / Business Development

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving targets. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, research, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Present and pitch services/products to prospective clients in a clear and compelling manner.
• Understand client requirements, provide tailored solutions, and close deals effectively.




• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, PR, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strategize business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, leads, and client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of prior experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in approach.
• Good understanding of the sales process, market dynamics, and client servicing.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with CRM software is a plus.
