Role Overview

We are seeking an Application Support
Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies to
provide Level 2 production support, troubleshoot complex application issues,
and implement low-to-medium complexity enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex application and integration
issues.

• Perform root cause analysis across Power Apps, Power Pages,
Dataverse, Azure Functions, APIs, and third-party integrations.

• Troubleshoot workflow failures, business rule issues, and
performance bottlenecks.

• Implement configuration changes and minor code enhancements.

• Support application deployments, setting management, and
controlled data fixes.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, business, and vendor
teams.

• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, runbooks, and
support documentation.

• Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related
discipline.

• 4+ years of experience in Application Support, Production
Support, or Technical Operations.
