• Own end-to-end HR operations and partner with leadership to build a high-performance, inclusive, and execution-first culture.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers to recruit and onboard current hires across levels.
• Lead employer branding, onboarding/offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
