Marvice Media has been building digital businesses since 2017. We work out of Bangalore, with offices in Chennai, Hyderabad, and the UK.

We run three brands, each solving a different problem:
- Onscreens
— digital marketing, branding, web and app development
- Worxforu
— custom software, automation, AI, SaaS and LMS builds
- Conxyou
— PR, events, packaging, photography and corporate gifting

The Role

This is a ground-floor business development seat at our Koramangala office. You'll find prospects, start conversations, and move them toward our senior team — across all three brands.

That variety is the job. You might be pitching a website in the morning and a corporate gifting programme in the afternoon. Our pipeline runs across Bangalore and North India, so you'll be working in more than one language on any given day.

We're not looking for someone who already knows how to do this. We're looking for someone who wants to, and will put in the reps.





What You'll Do
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, directories, events, and inbound channels
- Qualify prospects — what they need, whether we're a fit, and how urgent it is
- Run outreach across three brands, keeping the positioning distinct for each
- Maintain clean CRM records: every contact, every conversation, every next step
- Research markets, competitors and industry trends, and bring what you find back to the team
- Prepare decks, proposals and pitch material with input from our design and tech teams
- Coordinate internally to turn qualified leads into scoped opportunities
- Stay in touch with existing clients — check-ins, updates, spotting expansion opportunities
- Report weekly on pipeline activity and outcomes

What You Need

Languages — Kannada, Hindi and English (all three required).
