What You Will Be Doing:
Core BA Responsibilities
* Contribute to and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to meet
evolving business needs of the client's procurement function
* Work closely with multiple stakeholders — procurement leaders, category
managers, finance controllers, IT, and data owners — to gather, analyze, and
define current business processes as well as requirements
* Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for
the Power BI dashboard, including data model expectations, calculation logic,
visualizations, and user interactions
* Support the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on
budget, including scope management, effort estimation input, and milestone
tracking
* Ensure requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely
manner via the project's RAID Log and Decision Log
* Effectively communicate plan, status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a
precise and timely manner across governance forums
* Support users' participation in deployments and implementation activities,
including UAT coordination, training material preparation, and hypercare
support
What We’re Looking For:
Education:
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Business
Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or Finance also
considered)
Experience & Skills:
* Prior experience as an IT Business Analyst — minimum 5+ years, with at least
1 years in a lead
