in fast-paced environment? Our Timberlands Food Store in Red Deer is offering an
excellent opportunity for you We’re currently looking for a part-time Grocery
Clerk to join our dynamic team.

We are participating in the Alberta Youth Incentive Program which supports
hiring youth from the ages 15-24.

Position: Grocery Clerk

Part-time: 24 - 36 hours per week. Benefit eligible after 3 months. If you are
coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB Health coverage
to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service

* Address customer requests in an effective and friendly manner

* Unload grocery shipments

* Receive, organize, and display merchandise

* Be alert for unauthorized merchandise removal

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment

* Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:





* Excellent communication skills

* Exceptional attention to detail and quality

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Team player with the ability to work independently

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required

* Applicants must be over 14 years old. (Employment Standards mandates a
permit to employ a person aged 14 or under, thus disclosure is required)
