Job Summary:
Own and scale Blackbaud’s U.S. escheatment and unclaimed property program,
including overpayments, credits, and dormant customer balances. This role is
responsible for building processes, ensuring multi-state compliance, and
reducing financial and regulatory risk across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle.

Work Location: Sky tech, Financial District, Hyderabad, India

Work Schedule:

* This role supports customers and stakeholders primarily during U.S. business
hours.
* Expected working hours are 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM IST, with occasional
flexibility required to support collaboration with U.S.-based teams and
business needs.
* Participation in after-hours support rotations and select holiday coverage
may be required based on product, region, or business needs.

Position Summary

Blackbaud is seeking a Principal Analyst, Unclaimed Property & Escheatment to
establish, own, and scale a current U.S. unclaimed property compliance program from
our Hyderabad location. This individual contributor will serve as the




operational and technical subject matter expert for the end-to-end lifecycle of
unclaimed property, including identification, research, due diligence,
reporting, remittance, reconciliation, audit support, and ongoing monitoring.

The Principal Analyst will build the program foundation, create sustainable
processes and controls, and partner across Finance, Order-to-Cash, Accounting,
Treasury, Payroll, Legal, Tax, and Financial Systems. The role is designed for a
hands-on program owner who can independently translate regulatory requirements
into practical operations, reduce compliance risk, and develop a scalable model
that supports Blackbaud as the business grows.
