Job Summary

BYLD Group is seeking a high-impact Instructional Designer & E-Learning Expert to design, develop, and deploy engaging, outcome-driven learning solutions. This individual contributor role requires robust expertise in adult learning principles, digital learning architecture,



and performance-oriented content design.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and update existing learning materials to ensure they are current, engaging, and effective.
Partnering with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and client teams to translate business needs into structured learning journeys across ILT, VILT, and e-learning formats.
Redesign content to improve learner engagement and retention.
Design storyboards, scripts, and learning assets using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and other authoring platforms
Incorporate multimedia elements (videos, infographics, interactive modules) to enhance the learning experience.
Collaborate with the sales and CRM teams to create compelling proposals for clients.
Ensure proposals are aligned with client needs and showcase the value of our learning solutions.
Design and develop comprehensive instructional programs that meet the diverse needs of audience (clients).
