PURPOSE AND MISSION

process

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Specifying and defining the process and the product specification:

* Maintain process control charts, machine setting document, sop’s etc.
* Regular follow-up with technology center for the updating of product and
process specification
* Co- ordination with Global process owner on the improvement projects.

2. Data collection and analysis:

* Monitoring and controlling of plant overall processabilty.
* Weekly and monthly process ability analysis.
* Sharing the process ability with KLP.
* Control of die consumption.
* Design a system to effectively formulate data, to give better control on
the process there by reducing the waste.
* Perform RI analysis for repetitive problem through systematic problem
solving technique.
* Make decisions to make variations in the process with the objective to
improve the process stability.
