We are seeking a skilled Unified Communications and VoIP Operations Engineer to provide second-line operational support for Cisco Unified Communications and Voice over IP solutions serving global enterprise customers. This role is responsible for incident resolution, root cause analysis, service availability, customer onboarding, technical change implementation, and identifying opportunities to automate operational activities. The position offers the opportunity to develop deep technical expertise and grow into a recognised subject matter expert within a global technology workplace.What you’ll do
