We are seeking a Senior Payroll Service Delivery Analyst to join our Global Capability Center (GCC). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and accomplishing complex payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, operational excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will work closely with Global Payroll, HR, Finance, and external payroll providers while contributing to process improvements, governance initiatives,



and team development.

Discover your role
Lead payroll processing activities for assigned international countries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery.
Review payroll inputs, calculations, reconciliations, and outputs to maintain data integrity and minimize payroll discrepancies.
Partner with Global Payroll, Human Resources, Finance teams, and external payroll vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations and timely issue resolution.
Support payroll critical issues, team member inquiries, and sophisticated payroll matters while maintaining high service standards.
Prepare and review payroll reports, reconciliations, variance analyses, and supporting schedules for month-end close activities.
Conduct audit checks, compliance reviews, and control activities to ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal policies.
