Key job responsibilities
- Define and communicate team vision, goals, and long-term strategy by working
backwards from customer problems, partnering with stakeholders across
engineering, product, and business teams to align on priorities and
architectural direction.
- Lead architectural reviews and drive system design decisions, evaluating




tradeoffs across reliability, security, performance, and cost while ensuring
solutions are scalable and maintainable over time.
- Build, grow, and manage an inclusive team of solutions architects, providing
coaching, career development, and actionable feedback that empowers each team
member to deliver results and advance their skilled growth.
- Establish workflows, service level agreements, and audit mechanisms that
ensure operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and measurable
quality across your team's deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce complexity, leveraging
generative artificial intelligence tools and reusable patterns to improve team
productivity and accelerate solution delivery.
