About the Role

GPC Agrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven
Sr. Associate – Digital Marketing
to manage and execute digital marketing activities across various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital campaigns, social media, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and lead generation, with a solid focus on achieving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across
Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube
, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and optimize
Google Ads and Meta Ads
campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth.
- Develop and manage
social media content calendars, posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
.
- Create engaging digital content in coordination with the creative and content teams.
- Implement
SEO strategies
,



including keyword research, on-page optimization, and improving organic visibility.
- Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign performance using
Google Analytics and Google Search Console
.
- Track and analyze key digital marketing metrics such as
CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI/ROAS
.
- Generate regular
Digital Marketing MIS and performance reports
for management review.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Support
lead generation and customer acquisition
through various digital channels.
- Manage and improve the company's social media presence, engagement, and online brand visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams for
product promotions, campaigns, launches, and marketing activities
.
- Stay updated with the latest
digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, tools, and industry best practices
