We are looking for a GRC skilled to support the governance, risk and compliance framework of our DIFC-based financial services entity.
? Key Responsibilities
• Monitor DIFC/DFSA regulatory requirements and updates.
• Manage compliance calendars, risk registers and action trackers.
• Support compliance monitoring, control testing and remediation.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and regulatory reviews.
• Assist with policies, procedures, risk assessments and control frameworks.
• Coordinate with India and DIFC stakeholders on compliance and risk matters.
• Maintain audit-ready compliance documentation.
Candidate Profile
• 3+ years of experience in GRC, Compliance, Risk or Internal Audit.
• Mandatory: DIFC/DFSA regulatory experience.
• Experience in wealth management, asset management, private banking, EAM or financial services preferred.
• ICA, CAMS or CISI certification will be an advantage.
