Key Responsibilities

Prepare and verify RA Bills, contractor bills & subcontractor bills
Handle BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and measurements
Verify executed quantities at site as per drawings and BOQ
Prepare and maintain Measurement Books (MB)
Check contractor bills, work orders and billing quantities
Conduct material reconciliation and identify discrepancies
Coordinate with Site Engineers, QS, Project & Accounts teams
Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation




Ensure timely certification and processing of project bills
Monitor variations, extra items and deviations from approved BOQ

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
8–9 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction
Solid experience in billing, BOQ, quantity surveying and rate analysis
Experience in high-rise residential / developer projects preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel & AutoCAD
Strong analytical, documentation and coordination skills
