EARTHY builds Integrated Hydration Systems, bringing hydration into the design and everyday use of the home.
The role
Drive product sales into residential projects through architect and interior designer specifications and the EARTHY Partner Network (EPN), including the Kitchen Partner Network (KPN).
Work with the Business Development Manager to build relationships, generate qualified enquiries and convert them into product orders.
This is a field-based role. Regular travel across Bengaluru and occasional outstation travel are required. You are expected to build your own pipeline—not depend on marketing leads, website enquiries or Experience Centre walk-ins.
What you will own
Generate enquiries: Identify and approach architects, interior designers and potential partners through field visits, direct outreach and referrals.
Build specifications: Introduce EARTHY during residential and kitchen planning.
Help designers understand where the systems fit and follow specifications through to purchase.
Develop EPN: Identify suitable partners, including kitchen studios. Coordinate approved onboarding, product training and regular engagement to generate referrals and sales.
Demonstrate the systems: Conduct product presentations and arrange Experience Centre visits for specifiers, partners and homeowners.
Convert opportunities: Understand requirements, coordinate approved quotations and follow buying decisions through to orders. Coordinate the handover to installation and service.
Maintain pipeline discipline: Record enquiry sources, associated specifiers and partners, requirements, progress and dated next actions in CRM.
What you bring
Relevant product-sales or business-development experience in kitchens, appliances, architectural products, fittings, lighting, surfaces or related home categories.
Direct experience engaging architects, interior designers or channel partners.
