Tech – Mechanical Engineering Key Requirements Solid experience in Precision & Mass Production Expertise in CNC Turning & Milling (4–5 Axis) Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens & similar CNC controls Strong exposure to Turning, Milling, Grinding & Heat Treatment Knowledge of Cutting Tools, Auto CAD, Solid Works & CAM Experience managing 100–150 manpower across multiple departments Strong command over Production Planning, Productivity, Rejections & Manpower Management Experience in Material Cost Control,
