provider. During this transformation, it is important for us to find the
right balance between building new cloud-based components in a cost-efficient
way and taking advantage of our strong existing software products.

This job is a great opportunity to be part of our technology transformation and
to expand our teams in Derivatives Operations area of Investment Operations. As
an Engineering Manager, you will be referring to the Director of
Engineering based in Europe. You will take responsibility for building up and
leading two agile software development teams and establishing efficient
development processes together with experienced teams across Europe, Ukraine and
India.

* Building up, leading, and growing two agile teams of highly skilled Software
Engineers within the Investment Operations / Derivatives
