Senior Recruiter: 4+ years in the Warehouse/ Manufacturing Industry
Assistant Manager: 6-8 years in the Warehouse/ Manufacturing Industry
Qualification - Minimum Graduate.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities -
1. Ensure timely manpower deployment as per client SLA.
2. Manage bulk hiring operations & team performance
3. Monitor DOJ vs Target vs Attrition
4. Handle client escalations & workforce challenges
5. Oversee onboarding, attendance & compliance coordination
6. Lead recruiters, TLs & vendor partners
Required Skills/Competencies -
1. 2+ years of experience in General Staffing / Manpower Outsourcing
2. Experience handling Manufacturing, Logistics, E-Commerce clients
3. Robust leadership & client management skills
4. Comfortable with MIS, dashboards & performance tracking.
5. Should have their own two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
6. Can manage 10-12 team members under him with a headcount of a minimum of 1200.
